The showground is a green field site. Hire charge covers both days. Portable Generators of any kind are not permitted on the Showground. All exhibitors must use Showground electricity supply only.

Food Area Portable Generators of any kind are not permitted on the Showground. Grass pitch with no covering, please provide your own cover All exhibitors must use Showground power supply only. All vehicle pass packs to be collected upon arrival at the showground. These will be available from the temporary show office at Gate 7, off Pickmere Lane from 7am on Monday 15th June. Motor Traders are allocated 4 Vehicle Passes per plot booked. Please ensure you pre-order enough additional vehicle passes for all of your needs and that a representative/s of your company carry one form of identification or a letter of authority. Additional Vehicle passes can be pre-ordered at £5 per pass using the enclosed order form. Vehicle passes purchased on the day will be charged at £10 per pass. Staff ‘manning’ your stand on show days should park in the public car parks.
